Roadside Maintenance

The DER was designed as a specialist for Roadside maintenance. The original idea was to use an idle grader and convert it to a roadside maintenance unit using a power unit, a custom boom and the DER-120B. It can also be installed without the powerpack or boom on system that do not require them. Manufactured with the same technologies as the tried and tested DAH and DAF systems. The DER is the ultimate roadside maintenance unit!

These industrial hydraulic attachments are a drum mulcher head that is mounted on an articulating arm attached to the front of a grader. Since graders are often under-utilized, the DER mulcher can be put to work on any available grader. And the faster traveling speeds of graders means that roadside maintenance work can be done up to four times faster than with a mower mounted on a conventional tractor.
